Each hoodie is made to order using high-quality materials and professional printing to ensure long-lasting comfort and colour.
We partner with trusted UK and international print providers through Printify, so your order is produced closest to your shipping location for faster delivery.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated shipping times:
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA/International: 7-14 business days
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all items are made to order, we can only accept returns for:
- Incorrect or faulty items
- Damaged items during delivery
If this happens, please email support@themeseries.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

5. How do I care for my hoodie or sweatshirt?
To keep your Me Series hoodie soft and vibrant:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or air dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
