Returns & Exchanges — The Me Series
We want you to love your purchase!
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Because our products are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items (wrong size or print)
Please email [support@meseries.co.uk] with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
We cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, so please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.
